The Preview You Must View: Iowa State vs. Oklahoma State

The Iowa St. Cyclones might have Hilton Magic, but the Oklahoma St. Cowboys have something up their sleeves at Gallagher-Iba Arena as well. So when the Clones visit Stillwater tonight, they shouldn't underestimate the sub .500 Pokes.

At G-I Arena, Ok State has already knocked off the Missouri Tigers and Oklahoma Sooners and were a few key shots away from upending the Baylor Bears last Saturday.

The red hot Clones are in the midst of a three game winning streak, and have won five of their past six, including a narrow three point win at home against Ok State.

The key to this game are the two opposing newcomers. Iowa State's Royce White leads the Clones with a 13.5 ppg scoring average, despite being held to 3 points on 1-1 shooting in ISU's victory over Oklahoma on Saturday.

Ok State's Le'Bryan Nash is carrying the longest double-digit scoring streak of his young career, having posted 10+ ppg over his past four outings, including a 27-point outburst in the Pokes win over Mizzou.

On paper, ISU should win this one. They are a bigger team, with a better record who scores more and rebounds more. However if Ok State can channel their inner David Copperfield, and LBN and Keiton Page get hot, an upset is in the making.
