The rosters for the 2011 McDonalds All American game were announced today and two future Big 12ers will be playing in the all-star event.
Oklahoma State Cowboy commit LeBryan Nash, a 6'7" small forward, and future Texas Longhorn Myck Kabongo, a 6'2" point guard, will represent the conference on March 30, 2011 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Last year the league saw four play in the game as Texas' Cory Joseph and Tristan Thompson, Kansas' Josh Selby and Baylor's Perry Jones III all made the rosters.
The Kentucky Wildcats continued their overwhelming presence at the event, placing four future Wildcats into the game: Anthony Davis, Michael Gilchrist, Marquis Teague and Kyle Wiltjer. This is one more than they had in 2010.
Other schools with multiple players are Duke with three; Syracuse, Louisville, Ohio State and North Carolina each landed two signees apiece.
The four Kentucky commits helped the SEC tie the Big East with the most future players, each registering six. The ACC had five guys, while the Big 10 had four and the Big 12 two. Memphis' Adonis Thomas was the only C-USA player to make the squad.
You can catch the game on ESPN on March 30.
