2010 NBA Draft Prospects - Slashers

This is part three of Matt Patton's look at the June 24 NBA Draft.
Point Guards | Shooting Guards

Wingmen who normally play the 3 but can also play the 2

This category was created solely to discuss Xavier Henry's prospects...

Xavier Henry (Freshman, Kansas):  Xavier Henry has lottery talent, but his inconsistent play at Kansas may let him slip to the second half of the first round.  Like Bradley, Henry could probably use another season in college to develop to his true potential, but since he's a first round lock, I can't blame him for jumping into the draft.  Henry sports impressive measurements, which help offset his average (for the NBA) athleticism.  Something tells me that Henry will be drafted either right in the middle of the first round, possibly at the tail end of the lottery (although Chad Ford has him in the top ten).  I expect him to ride the pine for a year, before becoming a major role player (possibly a starter depending on the team that chooses him) after a season or two.

Monday: Small Forwards

Note: Thanks to the writers of DraftExpress for publishing all of the Pre-Draft Measurements.
