Heralded Kansas freshman Xavier Henry landed his first Big 12 Rookie of the Week award, for the week ending December 6. The freshman sensation averaged 17 and 4.0, while shooting 52.4 percent (11-of-21) from the floor.
Texas Tech's John Roberson took home Player of the Week honors based on his 25 point performance in a win over Washington.
