Missouri seniors Marcus Denmon and Kim English have been selected, along with Texas A&M junior Khris Middleton. Denmon is the lone returning All-Big 12 First Team member from last season, while English started 30 of 34 games a year ago and averaged 10.0 points. Middleton was an All-Big 12 Second Team pick after leading the Aggies with 14.4 points per game.

Mizzou Purdue University head coach Matt Painter has been selected as head coach.
