Sophomore Alec Burks (Colorado) and freshman Perry Jones III (Baylor) have been chosen as the Phillips 66 Big 12 Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for games of February 21-27 in voting by a panel of media covering the Conference. It is the second honor this year for Burks and third for Jones.
