Big 12 NBA Player of the Week For Week 16 - Blake Griffin

It's only fitting that the during week leading up to the All Star Game that Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin is named Big 12 NBA Player of the Week.

Griffin has taken the Association by storm in his rookie season, and as you saw, was the spotlighted player in the dunk contest and Rookie/Sophomore game.

But it wasn't just his name that earned him the award this week, it was his play after averaging 25.3 points, 12 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game over the past week.
