I really hope the Cyclones beat Texas in the first round. Who’s going to watch Baylor-ISU then?

How did the 3-seed game get TV coverage rather than the 2 seed? How did that work out, or was it predetermined that Texas’ potential game was going to shown back before the season even started out?
