PrintThe Big 12 conference saw its members improve to 17-0 on the season, as the Texas A&M Aggies, Kansas Jayhawks, Oklahoma Sooners and Nebraska Cornhuskers all came away with wins on Monday.

Oklahoma Sooners 71
North Carolina Central Eagles 63 (OT)
The closest game of the day was Oklahoma's narrow 71-63 overtime victory over North Carolina..... Central. Andrew Fitzgerald led the Sooners with 22 pts and 9 reb. Landon Clement paced the Eagles with 22 pts.
Kansas Jayhawks 79
Valparaiso Crusaders 44
The Jayhawks had no trouble dismantling Valparaiso in their second game of the season. Three Jayhawks scored in double figures, led my Marcus Morris' 22.
Nebraska Cornhuskers 83
Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions 40
The Corn more than doubled up the Golden Lions in Lincoln. Christian Standhardinger was the leading scorer for NU with 20 pts.
Texas A&M Aggies 86
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders 65
Khris Middleton was one of four Aggies to score in double digits, registering 16 pts. B.J. Holmes helped with 13 pts, 7 assists and 7 steals.

Miguel wonders...
What are the “sleeper” non-conference games for each Big XII team that we should keep an eye on? In other words, not the obvious one (say, Illinois for Missoui), but one where the opponent is better than at first glance (say, Northern Illinois for Missouri).
