Mizzou's Tiller To Miss Next Game

Preseason Wooden Award candidate JT Tiller of Mizzou will miss at least one game with a bone contusion in his foot.

Tiller, who will be in a walking cast for several days, will be reevaluated after Missouri takes on Texas-Pan America to determine if the injury will cost him more than one game.

The loss will be a big one to a young Mizzou backcourt learning to play together.  Senior Zaire Taylor, sophomores Marcus Denmon and Kim English and freshman Michael Dixon are expected to fill in the gaps left by Tiller's absence.

Missouri's following game is Tuesday vs Chatanooga.

Thoughts on the loss of Tiller?
At least it is only Texas Pan-America. No real harm.

This is the time when the team gels and missing him will hurt.
